ආදි කැඩෙට් සොයුරන්ගේ මතකයන් අතරින් ගලා එන, අපේ අභිමානවත් ඉතිහාසයේ පළමු සටහන.
The first chapter of our proud history, flowing from the memories of our old cadet brothers.
1996 වසර. අණදෙන නිලධාරි වශයෙන් 2nd/Lt M.S. ගොඩකුඹුර මහතා ද, බල ඇණි නායක වශයෙන් Sgt සෙන්ක වල්පොල සොයුරා ද කටයුතු කළ ඒ කාලයේ, අපේ බල ඇණිය Hermon Loos අභියෝගතා කුසලානයේ දෙවන අනුශූරතාවය දිනා ගත්තේය.
ඒ ගමනේ අදටත් ආදි සොයුරන්ගේ මතකයේ රැඳී ඇත්තේ Assault Run සහ Drill යන ඉසව් දෙකෙන්ම පළමු ස්ථානය දිනාගත් ඒ අභිමානවත් මොහොතයි.
විනය හා සහෝදරත්වය මත ගොඩනැගුණු ඒ උරුමය, අදටත් රාවන්ස් හදවත් තුළ ජීවමානය.
The year was 1996. Under the leadership of 2nd/Lt M.S. Godakumbura as Platoon Officer and Sgt Senka Walpola as Platoon Sergeant, our platoon claimed the 2nd runners-up title at the Hermon Loos Challenge Trophy.
What still lives in the memories of our old cadets is that proud moment of securing first place in both the Assault Run and Drill events.
Built on discipline and brotherhood, that legacy remains alive in the hearts of every Rawanz cadet to this day.
