A Proud Milestone for KCC: A.M.M.H. Adhikari Appointed North Central Provincial Regimental Sergeant Major

Kekirawa Central College proudly congratulates A.M.M.H. Adhikari on being appointed as the North Central Provincial Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM). Following an outstanding cadetting career rising from Cadet to Warrant Officer Class II, this prestigious selection by the 32nd Battalion reflects supreme discipline and brings immense honor to the school.

The entire community of Kekirawa Central College is beaming with pride as we celebrate a monumental achievement in our school's cadetting history. We extend our warmest congratulations to A.M.M.H. Adhikari on being officially appointed as the North Central Provincial Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM).

This prestigious appointment stands as a testament to the dedication, exceptional discipline, and commanding leadership skills demonstrated throughout an outstanding cadetting career. Rising to the rank of Provincial RSM is one of the highest honors a student cadet can achieve, reflecting the elite standards maintained by our school's cadet platoon.

A Proven Track Record of Leadership

Adhikari’s journey to the top has been defined by years of consistent service, step-by-step promotions, and participation in major national and institutional parades. From a dedicated cadet to the highest-ranking senior non-commissioned officer, the official service record highlights a steady rise through the ranks:

  • 2022: Commenced the journey as a Cadet, representing the school at the Provincial Assessment Camp Passing Out Parade.

  • 2023: Promoted to the rank of Sergeant, commanding the parade at the Kekirawa Central College Inter-House Athletic Meet and successfully completing the Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCO) Training Course Passing Out Parade.

  • 2024: Advanced to the rank of Warrant Officer Class II (WO II), taking on higher leadership responsibilities.

  • 2025–2026: Continued serving as a Warrant Officer Class II (WO II), leading parades at the 77th National Independence Day Parade, the 32nd Battalion's 78th Independence Day Parade, and consecutive Inter-House Athletic Meets at KCC.

This extensive parade commander experience paved the way for topping the competitive selection process (32nd Battalion, NCC) to be named the Regimental Sergeant Major.

Leading with Honor and Discipline

The role of a Regimental Sergeant Major requires an immense sense of responsibility, sharp decision-making, and the ability to inspire hundreds of fellow cadets across the province. Adhikari’s achievement not only elevates their personal journey but also brings immense glory to Mother Central, positioning our school at the forefront of youth leadership and discipline in the North Central Province.

Key highlights of this milestone include:

  • Provincial Recognition: Taking command at a provincial level, representing the strength and spirit of Kekirawa Central.
  • Inspiration to Juniors: Setting a benchmark for future generations of KCC cadets to strive for absolute excellence.
  • Commitment to Duty: Reflecting the core values of integrity, teamwork, and service that Kekirawa Central College instills in every student leader.

A Message of Appreciation

This triumph would not have been possible without the rigorous training, guidance, and backing from our Principal, teachers, and the Commanding Officer of the battalion. The school administration, alongside the KCC Media Unit, staff, and students, joins together to salute this incredible accomplishment.

"Congratulations, Regimental Sergeant Major A.M.M.H. Adhikari! You have carried the name of Kekirawa Central College to the highest ranks. We are incredibly proud of your journey and wish you the absolute best as you lead with honor."
